can I get jira product for free for open source projects(I mean cloud versions)?

hey there

I'm going to create opensource project and I know that Jira supports FOSS widely.

yes i've seen the page about the checklist/form that i should fill but the prerequest is to download jira product start and make it public. so i dont need to use self host project (cause i have no infrastructure for it) i just need it to be cloud based(https://worknet.atlassian.net/)

so should i fill this form for getting it free for opensource?

Yes, you might have a Cloud version (but depends on the product). Please check this URL for more information and details that are required - https://www.atlassian.com/software/views/open-source-license-request
