Hi 

How can I find detailed information on JIRA/Confluence about log in and out times and any activity between a time period? For example pages visited .

 

We are using a cloud instance.

 

I have checked the audit log but it does not contain any records around the time period I am checking for a specific user in our user base.

No, sorry, its not.. This functionality does not exist in server versions either. The best way around is placing a rewrite proxy in front of your application and keep the logs there.
