atlassian-jslibs JIRA dependency matrix

Hi All,

in release notes for JIRA 8.3 Atlassian mentioned upgrade of atlassian-jslibs to 1.4.1

I googled extensively, but I cannot find any clear information since when Atlassian is shipping atlassian-jslibs with JIRA Server and in which version of JIRA I can find which version of atlassian-jslibs.

Does anyone know where I can find this information?
