an automation rule question - how to NOT send an email ONLY when 0 issues are found with the JQL

Hi!

As the title suggests I have made an automation rule that triggers when a sprint starts in a specific board (0. Volledig backlog J&M). This board is a collection of a few different boards.

This specific rule (see image) is triggered to send a mail, with a list of the issues from a specific project (in this case the DCH project). However, when the JQL finds 0 issues it still send an e-mail. Is it possible to send an email ONLY when there are issues found by the JQL?

TY!

Hi @Milan Mainassy

Add an "Advanced compare condition" in between.

{{lookupIssues.size}} > 0

I hope it helps.

Hi Ravi,

Where exactly should I put that condition?
