administrative staff as end customers

friendly hello to the community,

apparently the administration of a subscription can

- not give me termination -

is this problem known here or

is it due to inactivity in the administration? /jira

I know the operator (he emphasizes some administrative difficulties)
- he already requested Level2 support for / jira -
Since I am an end customer, only the tip would be passed on

Yeah, they need to contact the administrator of that Jira instance, someone with the ability/permissions to remove/suspend a user.

Okay, that's what I assume!

It now concerns the statement of the service and its administration that, in summary, no one has sufficient authorizations for this.

The subsidiary of the global group can only insufficiently determine the consents!

Paying customers are just a taste here - Helplessness on both sides?!

Do you want to remove your Jira license? Do you know who is the administrator of your Jira instance?
