adding epics on kanban

Hi There 

Please assist/guide 

I am trying add epics on company managed Kanban board 

However i just cant seem to find any options to add epics on the board

On the left navigation panel , there is no option for Backlog 

Am i doing something wrong or looking in the wrong place

How is your board configured?

Can you check the query that is being used to rule out that the query filters out Epic

configure board -> General.

Im not sure to be honest , because as a user i dont actually configure the board 

we have a team that assists with this , I have just put in the request 

I did follow your steps . i cant seem to see anything under general

This may require project Admin privileges. Check with you Admin
