Zephyr for JIRA Plugin

I want to add Zephyr for JIRA plugin  from Atlassain MarketPlace when logged in as an Admin.

When I click on install, will it directly install the plugin  or will it ask to restart JIRA and might cause disruption to team ? Or will it be seemless and I will see the Test management tab instantly.

It will be installed directly to your JIRA server, restart is not necessary.
