Hi all,
I have recently updated my Mozilla Firefox browser to 79.0 and installed latest Zephyr Capture add-on.
Previously when I attached screenshots to my Jira tickets without any comments, they would be uploaded to ticket as an "internal view" image where customer could not see it. If you added a comment with the attachment, then it is posted in the ticket visible to customer.
Now all screenshots are posted on the ticket visible to customer regardless. I cannot find any settings for Zephyr to fix that. I would really appreciate if you could recommend solutions to this.
Thanks,
Furkan

Is there any release planned that will support latest Safari version?

The latest version of your Chrome/Edge plugin is about to be deprecated - it displays the following warning:
"Manifest version 2 is deprecated, and support will be removed in 2023. See https://developer.chrome.com/blog/mv2-transition/ for more details."

It doesn't quite fix the issue, as the extension has the checkbox "Add environment details to comment" is always selected by default, so unless you also clear that, a customer-facing comment will be added.
Given the potential security risks with inadvertently posting information to customers that should be internal, I would suggest the plugin creates an internal comment by default, with an optional selector to make it public (for Jira Service Management projects).
