X-Ray Test Execution Assign Rights

Hi,

I'm trying to create a user role setup for X-Ray that can only do test runs in Test Execution.

Permission schema gives "Tester" role rights to Browse Projects, Assignable User and Resolve Issues.

As a project admin, I'm assigning user to a Test Execution but I get
"User xxx does not have permission to execute in this test execution"

I can only assign test execution task, when the "Tester" role has Edit Issues rights.

"Tester" can execute the test with out Edit Issues rights, but I cannot assign the user without them.

Is there something I'm missing or is it mandatory to Edit Issues rights for doing only tests.

Refer [Xray Cloud] No permissions to execute Test Executions article, could you check if the user have issue permissions: "Browse" project and "Resolve" issue permission?
