HI Team,
Will the Free version of JIRA software be containing only "Epic" as the Issue in Issue Type scheme? If this is the settings, will the User stories and Tasks created in the Project and associated with Epics in the Projects will NOT get listed in Board/ Backlog UI in JIRA?
Please help understand
Thanks & regards
Manaf
You can see the description of the Default Issue Type Scheme - Default issue type scheme is the list of global issue types. All newly created issue types will automatically be added to this scheme.
When adding new issue types, they will appear in this scheme. So, you should configure a specific issue type scheme to associate with respective projects.
If the issue types are not part of the scheme, your users won't be able to create those issue types at all. Basically, a scheme lets you set available issue types for a project. It doesn't matter whether you're using the free plan.
I hope this helps!
