Wildcard search on jira not working

Hi everyone, your help will be much more than appreciated.

I can't perform search by using ~, I get an error message like "you can't use it because you have mnot admin rights".

The scope is to FIND TICKETS CREATED BY USERS WITHIN @gmail.com ACCOUNT.

So my idea was on looking for tickets ~gmail.com.

I'm open to every solution, I'm happy to skip the ~ option if other ideas came up to your mind.

Many thanks

It isn't as easy as I would like it to be. The Community came up with a workaround, basically to port the reporters' emails to a text field and then search that:

Is there any way to search for a certain email address domain?
