Why some labels are not being pulled when I filter?

Tainah Cinti April 18, 2024

Hello,

I´m trying to filter some Labels in the main page of the board but when I select these labels, just a few tickets appears and I know we have way more tickets to be filtered.
How can I find where is this error to be able to fix it and pull the labels I need?

Thanks

Is it possible that the label is slightly different on the other issues? For example, instead of Roadmap, it's set as roadmap or RoadMap? Or maybe there are two labels called Road and map, since a user put in a space between and created two by accident?

It's one of the inherent problems with labels is that they are very easy to create new ones when you think that you're using an existing one.

TY Matt, but the label is consistent in all tickets, I have made an audit.

Hello @Tainah Cinti

What is the issue type for those other issues that have that label? Are they Subtasks? If so, Subtasks don't display as individual cards in a JWM project board.

Can you provide a screen image of an issue that you think should be displaying when you apply this filter?
