I have all of the resolutions set up as an administrator. I have the transitions to statuses Done and Closed set to show the resolution screen. Yet, when I transition an issue to Closed or Done and the resolution screen appears, the drop-down menu for the resolution field is blank.
What am I missing?
It sounds like you have a workflow property to exclude all the resolutions or an include, but you deleted all the 'included' ones.
