Why does the automation isn't working ?

 Hey all,

I created a simple automation that asks, if the parent have Specific label, then copy it to a son when created.

in the audit log i see success but, it shows that the Parent get the label and not the son.

Hi @Eran Roiter ,

Modify the rule as below.

• WHEN : Issue Created
• IF --> Related issues condition
  • Here select related issue "Parent"
  • Condition: "Matches Specified JQL"
  • Matching JQL: Enter the JQL for parent ticket search 
    Example: Label = "Test 234"
• THEN: Edit Issue --> Select field "Label"
  • select "SET" and 'Copy from parent'
