Why does one of my projects now have the sidebar for 'Project Settings' that includes 'Workflows', and how can I update it so that it does? I have already turned on all of the Features to check that solution.

 

Example:

This is a project without the desired sidebar.

This is a project with the desired Project Settings sidebar (sam view as above).

Hello,

It means that this project is a classic project (that is why there is the Workflow option). The one, which does not have the Workflow option, is called Next-gen project.
