Hi @Aleena

If you are using Smart Checklist Free or Smart Checklist Pro, the issue can be in visibility settings. Learn how to manage visibility per project in our documentation 🙌

Another suggestion: check the right panel of the issue as Smart Checklist can be rendered there. To move it to the central panel, navigate to an Issue → Smart Checklist → 3 dots menu and choose “Show on the central panel”. More details here

Hope it helps! 😊

Hi @Aleena

If you use Checklist free/ PRO or Enterprise, it is possible that you have the Checklist disabled for some Projects.

Navigate to Jira settings> Apps > Checklist for Jira > Enabled Projects, as shown:

Also, if you see empty Checklists for particular issues, this might be because other issue types have default Templates set up for them.

If you use any of the Apps above, please reach out here so we can help you better.

HI @Aleena

What app are you using for checklists, there is a multitude of choices on the marketplace.

Maybe its based on a setting int the app that can be used on a project to limit this or else?

@Aleena ,

Welcome to the community. Please check if the issue checklist is enabled for the impacted project. This can be configured from manage apps>configure.

More details are very nicely explained in the below article.
