I have a custom workflow and now for some reason I cannot see the visual of it when I click "View Workflow" from within a ticket. I also am unable to bulk transition issues which I think is related. I found something on the web about removing special char from Status but that didn't help.
"View workflow" is controlled by the project permission scheme, so check that first.
"Bulk edit" is a global permission - check the "global permissions" to see which groups are granted bulk facilities and make sure you are in at least one of the groups
