Why can't I see some issue types when creating an issue from the Backlog

I have a Company Managed Project and I have created new issue types and setup my issue hierarchy as per the image below:

When I create an issue from the backlog I can not see all issue types in the list:

How can I configure my project to show the issue types relevant to the board I am on when creating an issue from the backlog?

have you checked if they're standard issues types? are the associated to the project?

Hi @Susanna Babayan they are not standard issue types, I have created new issue types and categorised them as Level 1 issue types in the issue type hierarchy.

And yes I have associated them in the projects scheme as per the below:

Are there other areas I need to configure.

what about the "Create" button? can you create those issue type issues?

Hi @Susanna Babayan yes I can select them in the main Create button. See below:

can you check if the filter in your board includes those new issue types as well?
