I have been exporting issues from JIRA to excel using Export> Excel (current fields) many times in the last few weeks. It has now stopped working. I get an extract but it contains only the header and a couunt of the issues it should have extracted but no details.
Export > Excel (all fields) works OK..
This might be related to the fact that when I select my saved search, JIRA displays no issues until I select Columns > My defaults, even if the columns were displayed before.
I would recommend you to perform a search and check your current fields list. Remove any unncecessary current fields and check for any discrepancies. Maybe a good idea to even have few basic fields justto get the functionality to kick back again.
Then export and save it into a new file (instead of the overwriting on the old corripted file).
Hopefully it should work,
Once it works you can restore your current fields again.
