My customers(who use a portal) are not able to see attachments that i save against a ticket. Has anyone seen this before? If so, how can i fix it?
In JIRA Service Desk when you attach a new file you have to option to either "Share with customer" or "Add to issue only".
Try again and it should work.

The same customer is also saying they can not see ticket that we raise in Jira. Any reason for this? Is it because they are on a customer portal?
