Why are multiple browsers listed in the User Agent field of a ticket created by an Issue Collector?

We're just starting to use an Issue Collector and on the first sample test the User-Agent field under Environment listed Mozilla, Chrome and Safari. Why does it list all 3? I would expect it to just list the one that was being used when the ticket was created.

Hi Sarah, did you ever find the cause of this issue? We are experiencing the same issue and I cannot find any solutions so far. Hopefully you can give me some clues?
