Since today, automations don't work any more. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to contact support. Is there any known issue or should we move to another issue tracker?

Hi @Sascha Weyers -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Using your site admin functions, please review the global automation rules, audit log and usage information.  Those will indicate if you have exceeded usage limits or SLAs.

The limits / packaging model for automation rules changed on 1 November 2023.  Please look here to learn the new limits:

For the other SLA limits, please look here:

Kind regards,
Bill

Hello @Sascha Weyers,

Did you check if you reached you automation limit?

For Jira Software Cloud free version it's 100 per month.

Best regards,

Hi @Sascha Weyers

Welcome to the community!

Dependently on automation, there is one more solution than changing the Jira plan. You can try a third-party add-on. Changing Jira's rate plan is more costly than subscribing to a third-party SLA add-on.

I suggest the SLA Time and Report for Jira Cloud with the following automation actions:

It contains many other features besides unlimited Automation. For example, you will have unlimited SLAs and SLA goals, no limits on the number of your saved report filters, and so on.

Currently, SLA time and report is free for teams up to 10 users and subscribe for 50 users will cost $62.50, while Jira's Standard plan for 10 users is $220.50 and for 50 users is $493.50.

So far, there are no restrictions on functionality, and immediately after payment, you get unlimited automation, SLA configurations, report export, and all other add-on features.

Try a 30-day trial to see if you're satisfied with these options. My team developed this add-on, so if you have any questions, I'll be happy to answer them.
