Hi, the site I'm on has Jira software and Confluence unavailable. What would be the reason for that and how can it be resolved?
It appears this site was deactivated. I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-2624694
Please follow-up there to reactivate this site.

Looking at your screenshot, I think you haven't used the free products for some time.
Atlassian disables them, you should have received emails on this.
To have them re-enabled, you wil need to contact Atlassian, this can be only via support.
As a free user you are not eligible for support.
As a work around you can temporary upgrade to a standard subscription and see if you can enable your instances again, or raise an issue at Atlassian.
After trying any of the 2 options, switch back to a free subscription

Hi @Jelena Pavić and welcome to the Community!
If you are seeing error messages, can you post them please?
Can you make sure you are subscribed to Jira software and Confluence as different products? You may only have Jira work management, for example.

Atlassian Status doesn't have any known problems today. When you click on "Contact Support", can you get help there? (or is it not available because you're on the free plan)

See my first reply on this topic how you can do a work around for this.

@Jelena Pavić You can create a Support request for billing here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/?inquiry_category=billing_licensing&support_type=customer
You should be able to do that even with a free plan.
