Hello,
I'm experiencing a problem with the access of two of my colleagues to the project I created in Jira.
They can log in to Jira and Confluence, but they do not have access to the project. Also, their profiles are still with the status "Invited" in the user management, even though they logged in several times to Jira.
Same issue applies to Confluence.
Thank you in advance!
Hi @Izabel Kuzmanova-Vateva and welcome to the Community!
Having access to Jira or Confluence does not automatically imply that a user also has access to a project (in Jira) or a space (In Confluence).
If you are indeed on a free plan, that should be the case as permissions are not configurable there. But on any other (paid) plan, have a look at the permissions of your individual project and space as well, to make sure your user get access to those as well.
Hope this helps!
Hi @Walter Buggenhout,
Thank you for your response!
I wasn't aware about these permission settings on the paid plans, so this is good to know.
Currently, I am on a free plan, so I suppose the case is a bit different.
Thanks anyway!

Hi Izabel - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
What error message are they seeing? Have you tried the Permission Helper in the Permission Scheme?

Hi @John Funk,
Thank you for your response!
They see the below screen:
When they press "Contact admin" it shows that the admin has not set a contact form.
In our case, I am the admin ( I created the project and invited the team members). Out of 5 people, only 2 have issues accessing the project.
