Who can edit workflow's for a project?

Hi! 

Currently I am the site-admin for my company using Jira. We have a few different projects created, one for each team to use, and leads added as administrators for their specific project under the project settings, people. One of these leads who I have as the project administrator for their project was asking about editing the workflow.

As a site-admin I am able to edit the workflow, but as a project admin it seems they are unable to. Is this correct or is there maybe a permission I have missed that he should be able to edit?

HI  @Hunter Hawes  es esto correcto, 

If the workflow is shared with other projects or it isnt a simplified workflow then you wont be able to edit it unfortunately. Only the Jira Admin will be able to edit it.
