While in filter list view, issue status change is not shown until a manual refresh
Recently, we got a strange issue with Jira, that when a status of an issue was changed while in list view of a filter, the status isn't getting updated immediately. One have to manually refresh the page, for the new issue status to show up. The steps are:
After using a filter to show the required issues
(1) Click on the three dots on the right side of an issue
(2) Click on the transition
(3) Old issue status is still shown
(4) After hitting refresh (ctrl+r) new status is shown
The strange thing is, the status used to get updated immediately after hitting the transition button. In fact, in our stagging instance of Jira, which is identical to our prductive instance, it still works the way it used to.
Any ideas what may cause the mentioned behavior? Any tipps to further troubleshoot it?
