While importing data from JIRA, some extra text is coming up in the description field

Hi Team,

Our client wants to extract some data/issues from JIRA.

But when we try to export the data, some extra things are coming up in the field.

Please find attached sheet for the same and let us know how do we solve this issue.

In the field description " color and some code is coming up .

Hello ,

if you used some text formatting's in Jira issues Description. like "Bold" , "underline", "strikethrough". when you export the description Text. Those will be described as in the above image.

Can you try changing the renderer of the Description field (In field configuration) and then export the issues.
