Hi Team,
Thanks,
Rohith.
I thought I was going crazy, but this exact thing is happening for us, too. The Open in Confluence workaround is fine, but then the page is not automatically linked to the Jira ticket, so it's kind of useless.
Hello, @Dan Breyen
So basically, what we are trying to do is. When we get a ticket from a client, we are supposed to insert that ECS client ticket into a Confluence page, as shown in image 1. We click on Create and select the Confluence page.
We have custom templates that we need to use. Look at image 1; we do not see the custom templates. We would like to know how to get the custom templates on this view.
However, I discovered a workaround. I have to click on (Open in Confluence) in the top left corner. This will open the Confluence page in a new window or tab. Now I can click on the 3 dots on the top right corner, and I can see the custom templates that we need to incorporate with the ECS client ticket. See image 2.
How do we get those Customs templates to be visible when we first click on Create Page from the ECS client ticket?

@Robert Carbonell ahh, now I get it. If you're not seeing the custom templates, it sounds like a software issue. I'd probably contact support and have them weigh in. I would say those custom templates should be there.

Hi @Rohith k I have templates available when I'm creating a confluence page from Jira. It doesn't pop up right away, but after I pick the space for my Confluence page I can pick a template. I'm not sure what workflow you're using, or if it's a permissions thing.
I'm no expert on permissions, but I wanted to share what I'm seeing in my instance.
Hope that helps.
