We use Jira with Salesforce with our integration system Peeklogic Jira Connector.

This integration offers lots of key benefits, including:
- Creating custom reports
- Real-time synchronization
- Personal customization
- Adding new features per your request at no cost

It has both free and pro versions, so it's possible to try if you need it with no payment.

Hi @Shubham Gupta,

Hope you're doing well!

I noticed your question regarding which CRM platform pairs well with Jira. Have you looked into Atlas CRM? It seamlessly integrates with both Jira and Confluence, enabling direct links between work issues, pages, and customers. This lets you quickly see for whom the work is being done and access customer details directly from an issue.

Another option that you did not metion is Hubspot. It seems to be really popular and there are multiple connectors available in the marketplace.

If you have any questions feel free to reach out!

It's Mary from Planyway for Jira

Here are some of the popular CRM platforms that businesses often integrate with JIRA:

  1. Salesforce: As one of the leading CRM platforms, Salesforce offers robust integration with JIRA. This integration allows sales and support teams to view, update, and collaborate on JIRA issues directly from Salesforce, enabling a seamless flow of information between sales and development teams.

  2. HubSpot: Known for its marketing automation capabilities, HubSpot also offers CRM features that can be integrated with JIRA. This integration helps align marketing, sales, and development teams by synchronizing customer data and interactions with project management and issue tracking in JIRA.

  3. Zoho CRM: Zoho CRM is another popular choice for businesses looking for a comprehensive CRM solution with integration capabilities with JIRA. This integration facilitates the sharing of issue data and customer interactions between Zoho CRM and JIRA, enhancing customer service and project management.

  4. Microsoft Dynamics 365: Dynamics 365 is a suite of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and CRM applications. Its integration with JIRA allows for the synchronization of customer data and project management tasks, providing a unified view of customer relationships and project statuses.

  5. Insightly: Insightly offers CRM and project management features that can be integrated with JIRA. This integration helps teams track the progress of projects and issues in JIRA while maintaining a clear view of customer interactions and histories in Insightly.

  6. Pipedrive: Pipedrive is a sales-focused CRM that can be integrated with JIRA to streamline the process of tracking deals and projects simultaneously. This integration allows sales teams to have visibility into development progress related to customer projects or issues.
