Where to find user email addresses of other users?

Hi,

I'm currently checking the user account settings for my teammates. And I need to ensure that they've signed up in Jira with right email addresses. So I searched their names in "people", and I can reach to their profile. But not all of the email address/contact is visible in their Jira/Atlassian profile. Is there anywhere else that I can get the information of their email IDs(the one they used to sign up the account)?

Hi @Zhuo Wang 

Welcome to the community!

You need to be Jira Admin or Site Admin to see the user's email ID. If you are the JIRA admin then you can search under Jira settings > User management > Users.

Or you can also check with your IT or System Admin team.
