Where is the option to disable status on issue creation?

I have read these instructions in several places:

• Go to Settings > System.
• Select Edit Settings.
• Scroll to Options and disable Status.
• Select Update to save your changes. Settings.

These are the options that appear in my administration and I don't see the activation of status in the creation.  Is it not in my system or am I going to the wrong site?

As far as I know it's a "feature" that we are not allowed to hide this dropdown on an issue creation screen, although a lot of people are complaining about this.

In that issue it is precisely explained how to deactivate it, just as I indicated in this question. I can't find the option
