We have a scrum board with certain defined workflow and columns. Whenever a feature or a bug is moved to ready for deployment status and marked as completed, it immediately shows as reopened in the burndown report.

If we further open that feature detail screen and check the status is Done which is the end of the workflow.

Hi Jack,

Under the reports when you select the burndown chart say for a sprint, you see a chart and also a list of items below indicating whether its burndown or scope change etc.

Ideally, once feature or bug is completed it should say completed and story points have to be deducted from the total story points. For me, it shows burndown and then reopened. Screenshot attached.

what exactly does "reopened" mean? How is it defined and where are you determining that it was reopened? Screenshot might help. I don't see where the Burndown displays any concept of reopened.
