When you delete a new queue does it remove issues created in that queue.

I created a new queue, but I want to delete the queue without deleting the issues inside the queue. The issues are located in other queues. Question if I delete the queue will it delete the issues created in other queues.

No, removing a queue will not remove the issues in it. A queue is just a view based on a filter.
