When creating an issue in behalf of a customer does it display Customer name exaple "Aetna"

We have a 1 project with multiple organizations that have multiple users. When creating an issues do JIRA/Service display the organization name on the ticket. When an agent is looking at it they know who the organization is?

Hi Yolanda,

When you are Raising a request on behalf of a customer, the customers name is displayed in the "Raise this request on behalf of" field, and the Organizations that the user belongs to will be available in the "Share With" field towards the bottom of the screen.

Then Once created if a Organization is present while viewing the issue directly as the agent, the Organization details will show up on the right of the main issue view under the SLA metrics:
