When assignee is set -> Add the user as Reviewer in GitHub

Hi all, 

We have a team who are wondering if the can achieve the following case:

- When they put User A as Assignee to a sub-task > Add the user as Approver or Reviewer in GitHub?

I tried to find a solution but all integrations I am currently finding are the other way around, i.e. the GitHub Actions are used as trigger in Jira.
