Becouse my server timezone its Europe/Kyiv (I'm use NTP), but in Jira its jira.default.timezone Europe/Kiev (System default: (GMT+02:00) Kiev) and I'm unable change it's to Kyiv. KyivNotKiev.

It is about the war and the official position of the Ukrainian government regarding the convention on the naming of the city.

Why do you think this is politics? As a Ukrainian, I assure you there is no existing city KiEv, the Kyiv is only the real name of the Ukrainian capital.
