When I export to google sheets my advanced filter table does not carry all the data

Andrés Lizarazo November 18, 2021

Hi friends!

I created custom fields in my incidents.
I created advanced filters using those fields as columns.

When I export to google sheets (open in google sheets) this advanced filter does not show me all the data, especially these custom fields.
It shows me almost all the fields, but some are shown empty.

what type of fields are those that are missing? are you exporting all fields? are you exporting from Jira or using the jira-cloud-for-google-sheets

Hello!
I'm using the "open in google sheets" [ ] option that comes out at the top of the custom filter list table.

And the columns or data that arrive empty are those indicated "X", which are custom fields created in incident types.

@Andrés Lizarazo Jack's question was what is the custom field type  of the 3 problematic fields?

All we see is 3 field names in Spanish(?), but it doesn't identify the field type. Maybe those field types are just not supported by the Google Sheets plugin.

I'm sorry I do not understand.
The fields are of type:
1. Short text.
2. Drop-down list.

Before they were serving, now they failed. :(
