When I create a ticket and write Summary, there's no spell check validation

When I create a ticket and write Summary, there's no spell check validation just like Description field has validation for the spellings.

Hi Shayan,

Please note the spell check is not functionality provided by JIRA, it is provided by the browser / operating system. Is this issue present in all browsers?

Depending on the browser you are using, you can install spell check plugins / set up browser:

  • Firefox: in the menu, press Tools > Preferences > in Language and appearance section, check "Check spelling as you type"
  • Chrome: in the context menu, go to Edit > Spelling and Grammar > Check spelling while typing
  • Internet explorer: Go to > Tools > Manage Add-ons > Spelling Correction > check "Enable spelling correction"
