Hi,

I have created a new gmail account just to test the advance roadmap and hierarchy systems before trying it to this org.

I am unable to figure out the advance roadmap hierarchy.

I have created hierarchy:

Epic --> Product Story --> Technical Task --> Subtasks

Now in timeline i can only see Product Story, i was thinking to see the epic and then product story. originally product stories are epic .. i rename them to product story and added a issue type above it.

What is the purpose to provide custom hierarchy when it cant reflect to the jira project's timeline. How can i add my epic to the Timeline? Screenshot (1).png

Hi @Tehmina Aslam ,

The Custom hierarchy is for Advance Roadmap (Plan) only. Based on your details, you're using premium software. You may navigate the Plan under the main menu -> Plan.

Hope it helps!
