What is the best way to complete the parallel sprints and start them again?

Hello, I have been running two sprints in parallel, the first S.E sprint 1 and the second S.A sprint 1, and There were several tasks in each of these that were incomplete today, I wanted to close the sprints and start them again. Jira asked me to move them into a new sprint, and I agreed. However, when I created the new sprints, the tasks didn't appear automatically. Assing unfinished tasks in each sprint was a lot of work. Could you please let me know how to do it, complete them and start them without losing the task?
