Hello,
Do you know the difference between "JIRA iCalendar Plugin" and "JIRA Calendar Plugin"?
As far as I know:
- JIRA Calendar Plugin: It allow the "JIRA Issues Calendar" gadget.
- JIRA iCalendar Plugin: The only thing I know is that if it's disabled then there can be error events in the Confluence server with text like "The response from /rest/ical/1.0/ical/util/jql/count didn't make sense".
Do you know what "JIRA iCalendar Plugin" is for? What are its features?
I don't see much information about it.
Thank you very much
In case it can help someone, as far as I know, the only purpose of iCalendar is that if it's disabled then calendars in Confluence with Jira issues display an error and there are error events in the Confluence log like this one:
2022-02-15 17:59:14,991 ERROR [http-nio-8090-exec-44] [extra.calendar3.calendarstore.JiraCalendarDataStore] getSubCalendarWarnings Unable to get matching issues count from JIRA
Being "JIRA" the name of the application link to reach the Jira instance.
So, iCalendar must be enabled, but I don't find any other feature for that plugin.
