I'd recommend you read through the Atlassian documentation on the burndown charts. https://www.atlassian.com/agile/tutorials/burndown-charts.
If you don't understand how to read them, this might be a good place to start. At a high level, a burndown chart helps you understand how much work is left in your sprint at the current moment.
When the line goes up it represents work being added to your sprint, and when line goes down it indicates work being done. Each data point on your burndown chart is also reflected in the table below. The Inc column indicates work that has been added, either through new tickets or through increased estimates, and the Dec. represents work being completed, estimates being lowered, tickets being taken out of the sprint, ect.
