* time leaving the status: 1/9/2020 4:36 PM
There are no other incidents of that ticket going in or out of that state.
The Control Report for that ticket shows time in that status as: 1 week, 23 hours, 43 minutes
By my manual calculations, the time in the state should be 17 minutes short of 8 business days (8 days in between are marked as non-working days in the Jira Board.
How do I interpret “1 week, 23 hours, 43 minutes” to be 17 minutes short of 8 business days?
