When Jira tickets are travelling the workflow or even while newly creating as well the tickets ID is strike through
Verified the workflow category also which looks right
so, now whats the reason for strike through of ticket ID

It is controlled by the Resolution field. Could you please check?
Yes, While creating new ticket resolution is mandating and team is using unresolved option to bypass.
Rightfully that should mandate post the ticket is moved to done state
So, now if i change the mandate filed rule will this issue resolved ?
