What are the default Issue Link Types?

On my Jira instance, someone changed all the Issue Linking types and I can't find the defaults documented anywhere.  Can someone post a screenshot or list of the original Jira Issue Link types?

They are located at [your jira]/secure/admin/ViewLinkTypes.jspa

Hi Brian,

These are the 4 default issue links in Jira:

  • relates to / relates to
  • duplicates / is duplicated by
  • blocks / is blocked by
  • clones / is cloned by

See Configuring issue linking for more information.

Thank you!  Can you also state the Name field for each one?

Absolutely, here they are in the same order as the outward/inward list above:

  • Relates
  • Duplicate
  • Blocks
  • Cloners

@Mikael Sandberg the default for my link type is "causes" I want the default to be "blocks" when creating a linked issue. Is there any possible way to do this?

@jhuynh The link types will be displayed in the order they are defined, but there two tickets logged to be able to change that order, see JRACLOUD-16281 and JRASERVER-16281. If you want to see this feature implemented go ahead and add your vote to the suggestions.
