What are the basic validations steps needs to follow

Hello People,

Database server upgradation is taking place on our Jira server instance. what are the basic validations steps that we have to follow after upgradation.

I am familiar with some validations like below

1. create Jira issues
2. update field values
3. do transitions
5. upload the attachments
6. check the database field values - data base custom fields
7. user management
8. group addition
9. Workflow updating

Is there any other validations steps that needs to be carry post to Database server upgradation?
