What are the Eligibility for applying a Atlassian Partnership

I was trying to find some information's like how to become a Atlassian Partner and need to know the requirements, eligibility and other things for our qualifying into it. 
For Example: Like 2 certifications needed and other stuffs
I'm confused about those things 

So can anyone help us with the details asked

If you you google Atlassian Partner Brochure, you find a PDF file which details the requirements to become an Atlassian partner. In the brochure you can find the requirements by zone to be on the Silver, Gold or Platinum tier.

The official documentation can be found at: https://www.atlassian.com/partners/join and I encourage you to follow the links and forms on that page.  I sent the PDF information since it is on the Atlassian site, but I couldn´t find where it was linked on the official documentation, so take it with a grain of salt, as it can be outdated.

We have gone through this link, but not able to find those things like these are the basic things need to have before Applying like that @David Freitez .
