WebDAV getting HTTP Forbidden on upload of export

Alex Chen May 23, 2014

I'm using the BitKinex client to login to https://<domain>.atlassian.net using my OnDemand credentials.

It logs in OK, but all I can see is a subfolder named "/secure".

When I try and upload anything to either root folder or /secure, it errors out with HTTP - Forbidden error message in the WebDAV client.

I've doublechecked that my account is in the 'administrators' group for our site, and it is.

I did just have to add it, since it wasn't there before - could there be some delay before that permission affects the WebDAV access?

If not that, any other ideas of what could be preventing the access to WebDAV?

Thanks,
Kirk

double check that you have got the /webdav on the end of your Bitkinex URL set-up for this connection. if you can't see a subfolder called dump-files then you are missing the /webdav from your URL

Hi Alex,

Please double check the URL setting: https://<domain>.atlassian.net/webdav is the correct path.

If you still facing problems, please raise new support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com.
