We have paid version of JIRA tool however while creating new user it is allowing only till 5 users

Hi

It seems that you might have multiple applications with one of those applications having a limitation of 5 users. What you want to do here is check your default product access group for each product and ensure all of them are not either using the same group name or using a third group name similar in both products that have default product access.

It could be that when you're adding a user to one product, at the same time the same user is being added to the other products due to the above. Then the product which has a limit of 5 is causing the action to fail because the limitation has been reached.
