We have a Jira Incoming Mail Handler set up that recognizes and creates Issues based on what it receives, but is there a way to configure the body of such an email so that Jira is able to parse it and recognize that we wish to create a label or epic? And then it auto labels/organizes these Issues. We are using Jira cloud if that is helpful.
You can only specify one catch email address and one issue type per mail handler. You may want to look at the JIRA Enterprise Mail Handler for additional configuration options.
